Do you think they all lie And not tell us the truth Making me want to cry You must be a sleuth
To figure out the falsehoods Because they all tell them Ruining our neighborhoods Thinking we are dumb
Immigration
Too many immigrants are not good Especially when we have laws We have known since childhood But it supports their cause
Build a wall And enforce the statutes Construct welcoming halls And perform interviews
Teach them English And United States history What skills do they distinguish And they will not be a mystery
Who are these people Why do they come free Make them townspeople So we welcome them with glee . Poor
Too many impoverished and poor Not earning enough to live Live in grandeur Or even to thrive
Why Why can they not make a living Where they can be healthy and spry Is it our fault for giving
And not making them earn with grit But there should be a safety net But not permanent dependence Where they act like a house pet
Giving too much And not making them earn it We gave many a crutch With too much dependance
Healthcare
People deserve healthcare Which does not make them broke But I must swear It is just a big joke
Redo the healthcare borders Allowing it throughout the nation Not prescribed to regional areas or orders Or to a persons credit station
Putting people in debt So they can be healed Is a poor bet Leading to the paupers field
Every problem can be fixed If people want them fixed Do politicians want them fixed Or do they want bank accounts fixed
Lobbyist protecting their turf Paying out gigantic sums While we all burst Fighting over the crumbs
Everyday people are left with poor choices And listening to politicians is a waste Because they do not listen to our voices Leaving me with a bad taste
“Abortion Wars: Kill the Supreme Court Justices” by Conrad Birmingham –
“One of the most alarming chapters of this story is the number of black abortions in the United States. Thirty percent of the black population has been aborted over the past fifty years. That is 18 million babies aborted. This is an enormous, horrific number. The real story is why there is no outcry from black leaders, especially the Black Live Movement, religious leaders, and liberal democrats. Why do they ignore these horrible, despicable statistics?”

Madrid
I wandered Madrid
Enjoying the sights
Believing I am El Cid
A beloved Spanish knight
Fighting not for blood
But time
A tourist stud
Searching and seeking in rhyme
So much to see
For two days of travel
And I was free
At my pace to unravel
All of the great destinations
Sitting in courtyards and plazas
Sipping coffee on vacation
Recalling all Spains mighty causes
Fighting Muslims invaders
Discovering the new world
Subduing the English pirates and raiders
Surviving Fascism as it whirled
Spain had endured
From good times to bad
Unsecured to secured
Moving past the dictatorship fad
Reminding me of Don Quixote escapades
One of my favorite operas and books
He is fighting villains on his crusade
There is more going on than it looks
He is fighting a noble fight
To stay pure and true
A beacon of light
And a strong bond or glue
To the noblest of ideals
For all of the needy and depressed
You must hear his appeals
To be brave and pass the test
True to goodness
True to the humanity
True to the truth
True to God
Anything is possible
If you give it your best
Possible and best is compossible
With a holy quest
A holy quest for what is right
Maybe not popular
Pushing back the blight
As a holy swashbuckler
My mind ran through these thoughts
As I sat at Don Quixotes statue
And I was happy to bear the cross
And I remembered and knew
It should all be for God
The number one thing
And it is hard not to be a fraud
But you must cling to the King
No matter what
Or under any circumstance
You know it in your gut
Take a holy stance
For your friends and neighbors
For the born and unborn
God will reward your labors
And you will be reborn
In Our Country
We have made this nation
All different children women and men
Troubles part of its flirtations
Again and again
Why is the Civil War forgotten
Every time there is a trouble
A time in our history most rotten
Part of the country left in rubble
Recall the horrors of slavery
Families held against their will
And remember the bravery
Of those who fought to kill
618 thousand soldiers died
Or 6 million today
Many families cried
As their loved ones decayed
The country fought
Freedom for all
As we were taught
Please please recall
Protest today
Destroy and loot
Riot away
Most will stand moot
They let you forget
Families who paid
The blood of each vet
Long ago mislaid
Families lost loved ones
To protect our United States
Using their guns
To protect our fates
We can improve
But not with looting and shooting
Using education to make a gigantic move
Quit substituting and diluting
Substituting responsibility
And diluting our educations
Rebuild our countrys civility
And our countrys foundations
Remember the sacrifices
Of our countrys residents
Their blood suffices
Those sacrifices were no accidents
